这个 offer 到底要不要接

offer是全国最大的证券公司的信息技术部的，让我去北京。我报价是 18000元/月，自我感觉很克制了。没想到人力部门给的最后 offer 是 16000元/月。于是现在就是 15*13 VS 16*12 的局面，还得从杭州跑到北京去。跟HR沟通未果，那边依然坚持只给这个价，让我很是头疼。这工作是另一个小伙伴拉我去的，他也在那，说是需要我协助，组个小团队。前期全是他在铺路，然而到最后却说不上话了。目前依然极力让我过去，让我先去了再说。这公司的优点倒是有那么几个，一个是行业，可以让我继续在金融行业内，毕竟换行业的话不利影响太大。一个是对今后的跳槽比较有利。至于工作的内容，多半还是没有我现在的有趣。这些且不说了，只谈钱的话，我感觉我是很亏啊。大致有这么几点：
1. 试用期发现不合适的话，公司可以无成本让我走，而我要辞职则沉没成本太多。从杭州搬去北京，首先得辞掉现在的工作，然后还有搬家等一系列琐事，然后还得在北京重新租房子，签合约。
2. 15*13 vs 16*12， 虽说它那16是有公积金的16，而我的15是没公积金的15，算上公积金依然是那边多一些。但是数额太有限。
3. 于是重点全放在年终奖了。但是年终奖是没有任何承诺的，具体数额多少完全无法约定。公司可以到年底根据已发生的绩效确定年终数额，而我却要面临长期的不确定性。并且这年终什么时候发也不好说，或许还会被当作阻止离职的手段放到来年5月份发放。
那么，这offer到底要不要接呢…… 不利因素很多，可是如果年终真的发放了并且不出意外的话，那会是一笔非常可观的数字。或许能顶一年工资。此外还能给履历刷点经验。唉，好生纠结。
