3年的合同快到期了。这份工作一直没能得到上级赏识，薪资水平更是远远低于预期，没有太多留恋之处了。然而困境是，因为这多年来的重业务轻技术的工作内容，加上自己也没有加强学习，技术能力也已经远远低于同等年限下同行的水准了。Oracle数据库开发？这岗位就没几个公司有设立。现在除非跳到客户那边去，否则出路堪忧。
思来想去，还是应当坚决扭转这个趋势，该转型就转型。3年前时一个转型机会放在面前，因为不能舍弃之前几年形成的路径，错过了那次机会。而现在形势比当年严峻更甚。倘若再三年，我估计只能找个地方养老去了。
综合考虑了几个可选方案，感觉往数据挖掘数据分析方向转是最为靠谱的选择。我并没有直接的这个方向上的经验，为了在求职时不至于从最初级做起，我必须从此时开始进行准备，赶超式发展，利用好不多的时间。
